Thread and Thorn Community Circle
A monthly community gathering for makers, growers, and keepers of craft.
Once a month, we pull up a chair, bring whatever we are working on, and spend time together. Whether you are knitting, sewing, weaving, quilting, crocheting, mending, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here. We swap seeds and cuttings, share recipes and remedies, pass on skills, and exchange the kind of wisdom that rarely gets written down.
This is a space rooted in the old tradition of women and makers coming together, not to perform or produce, but to simply be in community. There is magic in a room full of hands at work and mouths talking freely. We believe in the power of making, mending, and knowing how to do things for yourself.
No project is too small, too unfinished, or too ambitious. Beginners are as welcome as the seasoned and skilled. Bring your half-finished jumper, your tangled thread, your packet of saved seeds, your grandmother’s recipe, your question you have never known who to ask. Bring yourself.
Thread and Thorn meets once a month. All are welcome.

Please feel free to bring your book of shadows or journal to record any information.
 
All materials and light refreshments are included, if you have any dietary requirements please contact us before the workshop.

There is free parking onsite which is on a first come basis, there is also free parking on the side roads and at west park. The room is also accessible by lift if it is needed, please contact us if you have any special access requirements.
 
When you purchase a ticket you will recieve a download with all of the information you will need, please read it before you attend.
 
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE WORKSHOP START TIME, IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATER THAN THE START TIME TO A WORKSHOP, DOORS WILL BE LOCKED UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
* Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a credit note, which can be used in-store or towards another workshop.
 
* Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and no credit note will be issued.
 
* Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, but you must inform us if you are unable to attend.
* By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.o
