Rest and Restore Sound Bath - Tuesday 3rd March

You are invited to a tranquil sound bath to be held and supported in the deeply nurturing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more. Held by Shamanic Womb Priestess Kerry Dawes, come along and gift yourself the space to slow, reset your nervous system, and recieve the healing frequencies of sound.
Please bring yoga mats, or meditation stools,  blankets and cushions and anything else you need for comfort. 
We have chairs available for anyone wanting one.

There is free parking onsite which is on a first come basis, there is also free parking on the side roads and at west park. The room is also accessible by lift if it is needed, please contact us if you have any special access requirements.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE WORKSHOP START TIME, IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATER THAN THE START TIME TO A WORKSHOP, DOORS WILL BE LOCKED UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED.

* Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a credit note, which can be used in-store or towards another workshop.
 
* Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and no credit note will be issued.
 
* Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, but you must inform us if you are unable to attend.
* By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
