Mindfulness and Meditation at Altar.
Do you feel overwhelmed? would you like to learn effective meditation techniques? Would you like to live more mindfully?
Come and join us every other Tuesday for an evening of mindfulness, we will relax in the ethereal setting of Altar Collective, meditate, journal and enjoy the company of like minded people.
Every session is different we will explore spell work, meditation, creativity, shadow work and techniques to live a calmer more mindful existence.
This session is a Deep Meditation so please bring a yoga mat and pillow/blanket
Light refreshments are included. Please feel free to bring your book of shadows or journal to record any information you find interesting.
